AEX Australian Express Immigration Agency & Support Organization is a private business that provides administrative, marketing, eligibility assessment, onboarding, coordination and support services related to Australian migration pathways. We operate independently and are not a government body.

2. What We Do Not Do

AEX Australian Express Immigration Agency & Support Organization

  • Is not a registered migration agent
  • Does not provide immigration legal advice
  • Does not lodge visa applications
  • Does not represent clients before the Department of Home Affairs
  • Is not licensed, regulated or supervised by MARA

    • Any services provided by our business fall outside the scope of migration legal services.

3. Relationship to Migrations Agents & Lawyers

Where a client chooses to proceed with a visa application, we may introduce them to an independent, third-party migration agent or lawyer who is appropriately registered or licensed.

These migration agents or lawyers:

  • Are not employee of AEX Australian Express Immigration Agency & Support Organization
  • Are not representatives of AEX Australian Express Immigration Agency & Support Organization
  • Operate Under their own professional obligations, contracts, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide services directly to the client under a separate agreement

    • AEX Australian Express Immigration Agency & Support Organization does not supervise, control, or provide legal direction to any migration or lawyer.

4. Regulatory Scope & MARA

The Office of the Migration Agent Registration Authority (MARA) regulates registered migration agents only.

MARA does not regulates:

  • Marketing services
  • Eligibility assesments
  • Administrative or onboarding services
  • Job search or sponsorship search services
  • Any services provided by AEX Australian Express Immigration Agency & Support Organization

    • Any concerns relating to services provided by AEX Australian Express Immigration Agency & Support Organization fall outside MARA's regulatory scope.

5. Complaints & Accountability

  • Any concerns regarding AEX Australian Express Immigration Agency & Support Organization must be addressed to our support team.
  • Any concerns regarding services provided by migration agent lawyer must be addressed directly with that agent or lawyer.

Responsibility for services is strictly separated.

6. Client Acknowledgment

Clients are required to acknowledge and agree to this disclosure prior to engaging our services.

Failure to read or understand this information does not alter the nature of the services provided.
